Who are we? – a Czech manufacturer of children´s outdoor clothes and an outdoor shop where you can find everything connected to outdoor activities for children at one place. Our shop specializes in selling of high-quality children's shoes from proven brands of Czech and foreign production. In the last five years we have been focused also on barefoot shoes, not only for children.

We design and make our own outdoor wear under the brand Outdoorkids. We use first-class, durable and pleasant materials in the production of functional sofstshell and outdoor clothes for children.

We pay attention to the quality manufacturing of our products so that they are functional and at the same time nice, durable and comfortable. For great safety of your children, we also offer the

application of reflective images of your choice on clothes.

Orders can be paid only in EUR by bank transfer. All bank fees for transfer are paid by a buyer.

The exchange rate for 2024 is 1 EURO = 24 CZK.

The transport takes approx. 5–7 working days from sending the order. In the case of ordering off-season goods, the shipping time may be extended by about 2–3 days due to storage in an external warehouse.

Change / return of goods

When buying online, it may happen that the goods do not fit or do not correspond to your ideas.

If the goods do not suit you for any reason, you can take the goods back within the statutory period of 14 days from receiving of the goods without giving reasons. The exchange of goods is done in the way of returning unsuitable goods and creating a new order by the customer.

The goods must be in their original condition and must not show signs of use.

Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal from the contract, but not before receiving the goods.

We do not reimburse the costs associated with returning the goods.

The money can only be returned to an account maintained in EUR.


Although we do our best to ensure that the goods arrive in good condition and quality and work well for a long time, some unpleasant situations can occur.

What to do in that case?

A customer can make a complaint within 24 months of making a contract (purchase).

Complaints can also be resolved directly in our shop.

The complaint procedure begins at the moment of taking over the claimed goods, either from the carrier or in the store.

We try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible, usually within a few days, and no later than the statutory 30-day period.

Damaged shipment  – please complain about this shipment immediately after receipt or refuse to accept it.

Bad goods delivered – unfortunately it can sometimes happen ... contact us by e-mail: which goods went wrong and we will immediately send you information on where to return the goods, when we send the correct ones, and how we will replace the postage.

Delivered goods with a defect – if you find a defect (material or sewing) on ​​the goods immediately after receipt, write to us by e-mail: and attach photos of the defective goods. Based on the photos, we usually find out whether the defect is repairable or not, and accordingly we will offer you a solution - exchange for a faultless one, a discount or others depending on the situation.

Defect found during the use of the goods – the warranty period is 24 months. If you find a defect during this period, you are entitled to a complaint. Even in such a case, please write to us by e-mail: and attach photos of the defect, according to which we will in most cases be able to advise you on how to proceed. Please note that the warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.

Please follow the maintenance instructions. This will prevent unpleasant misunderstandings. Thank you!

Cases not covered by the warranty:

  • normal wear and tear of a product
  • mechanical damage of a product (tearing, heat or other external forces)
  • discoloration of a product due to exposure to sunlight, ozone, or substances with whitening effects
  • damage of a product during a natural event
  • damage of a product due to incorrect or careless use, neglected or incorrect maintenance
  • damage when using the product for a purpose other than that for which it was manufactured

In order to process your order, we process your address, surname, first name, telephone number and e-mail address. We thus become the administrator of your personal data. REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) - (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation".) The reason is the need to use this personal data for the successful performance of the contract. We will process your personal data for other 10 years, as required by tax regulations.

Our external processors are carriers (Česká pošta, a.s., Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s. R. O. (DPD), Zásilkovna s.r.o.), to which customers' personal data are transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods. Furthermore, the accounting firm MUCTO s.r.o, the company DriveNet s.r.o, as the provider of the platform for our e-shop, the company GoPay s.r.o. and Evo Payments International s.r.o., as payment gateway providers. Information on payment card numbers and data entered when paying by payment card are in no way saved in any way and AXACO s.r.o. has no access to them. Without the express consent of customers, we handle their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, especially in § 5 par. b) and in § 5 par. 6.

Customers´ rights related to personal data protection:

  • the right to confirmation of the scope of processing (statement once a year free of charge)

  • the right of cancellation (but if further processing is necessary for tax purposes, such a request may not be granted)

  • the right to restrict processing

  • the right to transfer

  • the right to object to the processing

  • the right to make a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Other rights and obligations:
